Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you browse Navqira™ or place an order.
These Terms of Service describe the basic conditions for using the Navqira™ online store and purchasing coffee equipment from Shanghai Zhaibaigou Technology Co., Ltd.
01 · Using the store.
By visiting, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms and the store policies linked on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. Information submitted at checkout or when creating an account must be accurate and current.
02 · Product information and intended use.
We work to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, features, and compatibility information as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or production differences. Coffee tools should be used according to the product listing, instructions, and safety guidance provided. Review care and cleaning directions before use, especially for electrical equipment, hot-water products, grinders, and items that contact food or beverages.
03 · Orders and acceptance.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items in your cart. An order receipt confirms that we received your request but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, address accuracy, fraud prevention, and fulfillment requirements. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we may contact you and arrange an applicable refund.
04 · Prices and payment.
The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your purchase, subject to valid discounts shown before payment. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or other costs may be shown separately. 05 · Shipping, returns, and refunds.
Processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and delivery issues are covered by our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, return costs, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact customer care before sending any product back.
06 · Intellectual property.
The Navqira™ name, branding, original photographs, text, graphics, page layouts, and other store content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where applicable law allows. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
